Photograph an invoice or a delivery note, or send the PDF: the AI reads the lines and proposes for each the stock item, quantity, price and date. A person checks everything beside the image, then approves.

Lots, dates and QR labels

Each delivery becomes one or more lots with their use-by date. The till uses first what expires first (FEFO). A QR label per package opens it, writes it off or counts it with one scan.

Three warnings, at the right time

Yellow when an item drops below its level, red when it will not last the next service, and an expiry warning for what must go first.

Ordering without thinking about it

The till proposes what to order from each weekday’s sales, your suppliers’ delivery days and lead times. One tap makes the purchase order per supplier — PDF, e-mail, WhatsApp or print — and the invoice that arrives is matched to it.

Recipes and counts

Recipes can be proposed by AI, then adjusted; a loss rate turns the served portion into the raw quantity. Each day, a short list to count; a large difference asks for its reason.
