One evening, from the first guest to the Z
An evening that runs, start to finish
Follow one evening at a restaurant, hour by hour — and every screen that helps along the way.
18:00
Doors open
Tonight’s bookings are already on the floor plan, each table in its colour. A table is held in one tap; guests who walk in sit down at once.

19:30
The rush
Every order reaches the kitchen and the bar in a second, dish by dish, with its waiting time in colour. Ready? The waiter knows.

21:00
The internet drops. Service doesn’t.
The till keeps selling, printing and opening the drawer on its own; the tablets and the kitchen keep talking to it. The evening’s sales wait, counted, for the line to come back.
22:45
The bill
Split by person or by dish; cash, card, meal vouchers, a tip, a dish on the house — and the receipt, printed or not, as the guest prefers.

23:30
The Z, and good night
The drawer counted, the Z report with VAT by rate, e-mailed by itself. As soon as the line is back, everything reaches the website — each sale counted once, and a full backup every day.
