The kitchen sees everything, to the second

Orders reach the kitchen and the bar the moment they are taken, dish by dish, on a screen or a printer. When a dish is ready, the room knows.

01

One screen per station

Hot, cold, desserts, bar: each station gets only what concerns it. Each has its target time, and each ticket changes colour as it gets close.

  • Separate kitchen and bar screens
  • Notes and extras clearly shown on every dish
  • A sound when a new ticket arrives

02

Screen or printer

Prefer paper? Tickets can also print on a kitchen printer. Both can work together.

03

Ready to serve

When the kitchen marks a dish ready, it shows on the waiters’ “Ready to serve” screen. The first one to take it clears it for the others.

  • Fewer trips between the room and the pass
  • Dishes served hot, in order

04

Even without internet

Kitchen screens are linked to the till over the restaurant’s own network: they keep getting tickets when the internet drops.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a special kitchen screen?

No. A tablet or a screen with a browser is enough; it connects to the till over the restaurant’s Wi-Fi.

Can I keep my kitchen printers?

Yes, tickets can print, show on screen, or both.

How do waiters know a dish is ready?

The “Ready to serve” screen tells them the moment the kitchen marks it ready.
