An internet outage in the middle of service must not stop anything. The ShahLUX Caisse Windows app runs the restaurant on site and catches up with the website as soon as the connection is back.

The Windows till is the heart of the restaurant: the room’s tablets, the kitchen screens and the printer connect to it over the local network. Without internet, this small network keeps working.

When the connection is back, the till sends the website the sales, stock movements and clock-ins made offline, and gets what changed online (menu, prices, settings). Every sale is counted once.

From anywhere, the website shows reports, the menu, stock, the team and bookings. Online bookings and WhatsApp messages arrive on the website, then at the till.
